Cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your rental start time, otherwise you will be charged the full amount.
All cancellations received within the 24 hour period are 100% refundable.

All events must be paid for the day of reservation either in full, or with a non-refundable deposit of half of the full amount including clean up fees. The other half of the reservation amount is due prior to 24 hours before the reservation time.
Events can be rescheduled one time before 24 hours of the reservation time. If the event has to be rescheduled more than once, or is rescheduled less than 24 hours before the event time, the deposit for the previous scheduling will be kept and will no longer be deducted from the final amount.
Clean up deposits are $100 and are fully refundable after your reservation is complete if no additional clean up is required.
